The fastener includes a sleeve (15) which has an external thread (171) and is screwed by a driving slot (40),into a corresponding thread in a door or window frame (3). At the outer end of the sleeve, a wall abutment support (70) is captured loosely with a degree of play, to compensate for any non perpendicularity of the sleeve. The head (30) of an expanding fastening device assembly (29) is threaded (31) in the area inside the sleeve, for screwing the device into a pre-drilled hole (11) in the wall edge (1). After the fastener has been expanded and anchored, the frame position in the opening is adjusted by rotation of the sleeve. |
