SUBSTANCE: novelty in universal power supply system is introduction of second input- voltage monitoring unit, two additional switching apparatuses for power lead-ins, two input-voltage control units for input circuits, display unit, rectifier, dc load monitoring unit, dc load distribution unit, stand-by dc power supply, ac input voltage control unit, ac load distribution unit for auxiliary users, and automatic channel switching unit that functions to ensure selection and setting of desired mode of system operation and associated change-over of power supply channels including remote ON/OFF switching of power take-off unit for feeding assigned and other mobile pieces of equipment.
