Outer diameter of sleeve is less than inner diameter of spring. Two axially aligned coil springs are located in horizontal position inside hopper above spring. Each coil spring is composed of two equal parts with right-hand and left-hand coiling. Spring ends are rigidly attached to pins positioned for rotational movement. Such construction of apparatus prevents mineral fertilizer from sticking and arching in hopper.
