SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, mas.%: bitumen, 17.8-50.0; polymer, 1.0-11.0; pigment used as a filler, 15-20.0; solvent, 46.0-60.0; non-ionic surfactant having formula given in specification, 0.5-3.0. Protective coating prepared of composition may be applied on dense rust layers.
