PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made pulley capable of preventing lowering of strength due to swelling by restraining staying of water in both side corner parts in an abutting part of a rim part and a web part of the resin-made pulley. SOLUTION: In this resin-made pulley 1, a padding 15 is formed substantially over the whole periphery by connecting the vicinity of each end part on both sides of the inner periphery of the rim part 11 and each surface of both sides of the web part 13 so that the thickness is increased as it goes toward the outer periphery, whereby when water put on the pulley 1 or adhering thereto is directed outward by the centrifugal force during rotation of the pulley, the water smoothly flows along a slant 15a of the surface of the padding 15 so that the water is restrained from staying in the pulley 1.
