<p>This invention relates to the sphere of quality control of machines and devices, based on the measurement of vibrations and noise. It can be used to protect wind electric equipment and the surrounding environment from the functioning of the device in emergency mode. Its aim is to heighten the operation and validity of control.The controlling device (Image 1) of the wind electric equipment (1) with a generator (2) consists of a holder (3), elastic membrane (4), a Holl transducer (5), threshold intensifier (6), executive (7), core (8), acoustic membrane (9), source of power supply (10) of the transducer, source of voltage (11) and magnetic system (12). As a result of noise fluctuations of the membrane, the core moves. By applying power to the end of core, the elastic membrane bulges, and, as a result, the transducer moves into the system's magnetic field, formed by the generator 2.The usage of the device, owing to continuous measurement of the level and spread of noise, ensures the operation and validity of control and avoids the harmful impact of noise fluctuations on the surrounding environment.<IMAGE></p> |
