FIELD: medicine; oncology. SUBSTANCE: method recommends to administer to patient antitumor biological preparation during entire treatment course, preparation being administered daily once a day. Inventive novelty of method resides in fact that antitumor biological preparation is administered in form pre-decomposed to polypeptides and delta-endotoxine. Preparation is product of vital activity of microorganisms Bacillus thuringiensis. Preparation is used in unitary dose 30-80 mg, total dose being 700-2800 mg. Total duration of treatment course is 20-60 days, but it is also possible to effect treatment by separate courses 20-30-days long separated by 20-60-days interval between them. As alternative, preparation may comprise sodium bicarbonate in amount 100-150 mg per 1 mg of delta-endotoxine or, alternatively, oral administration of preparation can be followed by taking-in aqueous solution of sodium bicarbonate in same preparation-to-solution weight ratio.
