FIELD: medicine; rheumatology; neurology; traumatology. SUBSTANCE: Vipraxine preparation is administered to patient in form of subcutaneous or intracutaneous injections into affected organ area. Additionally, 2-% solution of Lidocane (Trimecaine) is used, total unitary injection dose being determined so as to be equal to 0.01-0.02 ml per 1 kg of patient's body weight. Initial Vipraxine content is 25-50% of total dose. Injections are practised once in 24 h. First 5-10 injections are practised gradually and uniformly increasing Vipraxine content by equal increments in total dose, starting from its initial content up to 100%. Next injections are continued by reducing in reverse order Vipraxine content in total dose back from 100$ down to initial level. In treating osteochondrosis and radiculitis cases, injections are practised into paravertebral points. In treating arthrosis, arthritis, contracture and other cases, injections are practised in such manner as to surround affected organ by circle of punctures according to its anatomical structure. In treating neuritis and neuralgia cases, injections are practised at points, where affected nerve comes to surface and along projections of nerve's path. In addition to above-mentioned diseases, method is also applicable to treatment of radiculoneuritis, arthrito-arthrosis, periarthritis, etc. cases.
