FIELD: electrical and radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of electric capacitors with foil plates and soaked up with paper dielectric and may be recommended for production of wound mica-and-paper pulse capacitors. In compliance with process capacitor is wound from two metal foil layers and at least one layer of mica-loaded paper and is pressed. Then it soaked up with thermal reactive compound which viscosity at impregnation temperature amounts to 10-14 s by viscosimeter B3-4. EFFECT: increased specific characteristics, voltage of start of partial discharges, decreased level of partial discharges of these capacitors, simplified process of their manufacture. 1 tble
