The stored signals are read-out from the memory section (9). The microphone (11) output signal is written-in via a service section, which is also used for read-out and stored signal erasing. A CPU (32) controls the writing-in and the read-out. The CPU operates such that an erasing input signal is given, when the stored signals in the memory section are read-out, the read-out signal is erased when, after the read-out and a preset time period, an erasing input signal is again transmitted by the service section.
