<p>Each facility status analyzing section analyzes the present condition of each machine facility from the present working condition of each machine facility transferred from a plurality of terminals. A schedule allocating section reads the analyzed results of each machine facility analyzing section and, when the analyzed results of one analyzing section indicate that the corresponding machine facility is in an overload state, retrieves a substitutional machine which can handle the schedule transferred to the overloaded machine from a schedule file, and allocates the schedule to the substitutional machine. When the schedule is distributed or allocated to the substitutional machine, a working program converting section discriminates whether or not the working program corresponding to the overloaded or troubled machine facility is suitable for the substitutional machine and, when the working program is not suitable for the substitutional machine, converts the program into a suitable working program. A working program transferring section transfers the converted working program to the substitutional machine.</p> |
