<p>The present invention relates to a mammalian expression system for the production of recombinant heteromeric proteins, preferably antibodies, and more preferably antibody fusion proteins, such as antibody-cytokine fusion proteins, and fragments thereof by means of oligocistronic expression vectors which are under the control of a strong promoter/enhancer unit, a selection marker gene and at least two IRES elements. The heteromeric fusion proteins can be produced in a robust and stable process in excellent yields.</p> |
