The platform is mounted on one or more legs each with a rack on which roll at least two pinions which are superimposed and synchronised for drive force by a differential reduction gear (4-6,9,11). The movement of the motor drive is transferred to the two pinions (7,15) and fed from an electric or hydraulic motor to a primary reduction transmission. The output shaft of the reduction transmission also forms the input shaft of the secondary reduction planetary differential. The two superimposed gears are driven by a satellite carrier of the secondary reduction differential.
