Binder layers which can be driven over and process for the preparation thereof

摘要

Layer of circulatory binder for roadways comprises primary layer of fixing binder covered by a protective aqueous, opaque layer which can reflect light. Also claimed are methods for preparation of layer and coating for a roadway made with it.
