PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supplement the bicycle storage capacity of a bicycle parking facility located adjacent or close to a station or the like, while making effective use of bicycle resources in the facility. SOLUTION: A server 11 and a bicycle parking facility 12 are provided adjacent or close to an A-station to provide intermediation between the owner (user A) of a bicycle who uses the bicycle to go to the A station and come back to home and a bicycle user (user B) who wants to use a bicycle in going from the A station to a predetermined destination. The bicycle which the user A parked in the parking facility is rented to the user B under control of the server 11 while the user A does not use the bicycle. |
