The invention concerns a camera (1) comprising a housing (2) in which electronic circuits (5) are disposed. During operation of the camera, these circuits (5) produce heat. Disposed on the camera housing (2) is a carrier handle (7a) made from a material which is a good thermal conductor in order to discharge heat. This carrier handle (7a) is directly connected to the housing (2) of the camera (1) via a heat-conductive connection.
