<p>The purification of an inert fluid in the liquid state containing hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) comprises: (a) passing the fluid through a particulate bed containing at least one adsorbent of CO and H2; and (b) recovering a substantially pure fluid free from H2 nad CO. Also claimed is an adsorption unit for effecting the above process.</p> |
