PURPOSE:To quantitatively and objectively analyse the realizability of a project development plan by providing a memory, an external storage device, an input device, an output device, and a central processing unit which controls the storage device, input and output devices, etc. CONSTITUTION:A man-hour set table and a development plan table or a development actual result table of various stored projects are inputted and tables according with diagnostic items are selected by a central processing unit 50 to generate diagnostic data of a development plan and actual results of a development project. Reference tables stored in a data storage device 5 are inputted, and diagnostic data and reference tables according with diagnostic items are compared with each other, and evaluation results of a respective diagnostic items are stored in an evaluation table, and diagnostic data and the evaluation table are stored in a storage device 54 and are outputted to an output device 53. Thus, the project development plan is quantitatively and objectively diagnosed in many respects by not only the person concerned in development but also the third person. |
