<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase strength while enhancing execution properties without collapsing air venting grooves and ridge parts at the time of handling by laminating a foamed plastic layer having the venting grooves formed in a buckled state and the exterior material bonded to the venting groove formed surface of the plastic layer. SOLUTION: Three layers of a foamed plastic layer 10 and surface material layers 11, 12 are strongly bonded by the self-adhesive force of the plastic layer 10 and a plurality of slits are cut in the three-layered structure from the surface material layer 11 and the areas between the slits are crushed every other one by a roll press device to shape a plate-shaped heat insulating material to form air venting grooves 40 on the single surface thereof. Next, an exterior material, for example, plywood or an exterior material 9 being a substrate material is laminated to the single surface of the plate-shaped heat insulating material. A plate-shaped composite heat insulating material T thus produced by bonding the exterior material 90 to the air venting groove formed surface of the plate- shaped heat insulating material is attached to a framework so that the exterior material 90 is turned to the outside of a chamber and the length direction of air venting grooves 40 is turned in the vertical direction of a wall.</p> |
