PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability and make electronic equipment small and lightweight by making the operation of an operation button extremely light. SOLUTION: When an IC card is inserted into a guide groove 33 of a frame 32, a coil spring 45 is compressed. When the IC card is drawn out of a pin contact, an operating plate 62 is pushed downward against the pressure of a spiral spring and rotated, a supporting part 66 is unfastened upward from the rear end part 71 of an arm 42, and returned to the position of a cut part 47. By this operation, the arm 42 is moved and returned in the I direction by the compression returning action of the spring 45. By this returning action, an arm bar 39 rotates on a shaft 60, and moves a slider 34 in the J direction. The IC card is drawn out of the pin contact with an IC card drawing out claw part 38. An arm bar 48 rotates in the E direction by the action of a spiral spring 51, the end part 52 of the spiral spring 51 is engaged with the engaging groove of the arm 42, and the arm bar 48 is returned to the original state.
