The container/dispenser assembly (1) consists of a flask (3) with a neck (9), a dispenser (5) with a nozzle (11) and at least one liquid-absorbing (27) and one liquid-repelling micro-filtering membrane (49). The liquid-absorbing membrane extends along the axis of the flask neck in the shape of a geometrical surface of revolution, while the liquid repellent membrane is situated at the upper end of an insert (13).
