PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine whether a rice cake is cooked or not and to prevent a rice cake from being pounded excessively and a motor from overheating. SOLUTION: In this food cooking machine, a motor 6 is driven to rotate a fan 24 to knead glutinous rice in a container 21. When a specified time is elapsed after the motor 6 is driven, a buzzer 32 notifies that rice cake is cooked. This allows user at a relative distance to easily know that rice cake is cooked. When a specified time is further elapsed after the rice cake is cooked. the buzzer 32 and a LED 36 notify that the rice cake is pounded excessively. This prevents a rice cake from being pounded excessively and a motor from overheating.
