<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off heat escaping outside through a casing, and prevent firing by overheat of a heating element and overheat of a part by covering a casing inner wall with heat insulating materials, and covering a part to contact with and come close to the heating element with a fire resistant heating insulating material. SOLUTION: In a casing 17, an inner wall is covered with heat insulating materials 23 and 25 composed of polycarbonate resin and a fire resistant heat insulating material 27 composed of rock wool felt. Since a flat heating element 31 fixed on the fire resistant heat insulating material 27 comes close to a connector 21, the connector 21 is covered with a fire resistant heat insulating material 29 so that heat radiated from the flat heating element 31 is not directly applied to the connector 21. The fire resistant heat insulating material composed of rock wool felt is rich in fire resistance, and even if it is brought into close contact with the flat heating element 31, damage by heat such as melting and damage by a fire is not caused. Since it contains air, there is an advantage that heat insulating performance is high.</p> |
