PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave resonator which has a stabilizer that stably maintains the effective length of the resonator at high accuracy. SOLUTION: A stabilizer 2 is provided with a first device 3, which controls the temperature of the first part L1 of a resonator 1, and a second device 4, which changes the length of the second part L2 of the resonator 1, in response to an error signal obtained from the effective length of the resonator 1. Thus, the effective length of the resonator 1 is stabilized. The length of the second part L2 of the resonator 1 is notably short, compared with the length of the first part L1. |
