PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate plural lenses and to ensure the positional accuracy between the lenses. SOLUTION: A circular-arcuate lens 21 integrally molded by transparent synthetic resin is mounted in the middle of a housing 20, a collimator lens part 21a is formed in a one end part, the middle part of the lens 21 is made to be a fθlens part 21b and the other end part of the lens 21 is made to be a condenser lens part 21c. A laser diode 2 is arranged on the outside of the collimator lens part 21a, a fixed mirror 8 is arranged on the inside of the condenser lens part 21c and a slit 10 and photodetector 11 are successively provided on the inside of the condenser lens part 21c.
