PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frictional factor of the surface to improve the productivity at the time of manufacture, and the commodity value, and reduce the sound at the time of usage by making at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin film, into a satin finished surface or an embossed surface having a surface roughness which is a specified value or less of the thickness of the film. SOLUTION: For a thermoplastic resin film 1, one surface is made into a satin finished surface (or embossed surface) 2, and a release treated layer 3 is provided on the other surface. The thermoplastic resin film as a base material, one surface or both surfaces of which are formed into a satin finished surface of an embossed surface, and the surface is made 1/2 or less of the thickness of the film, and preferably, the provision of a surface roughness (Ra) of about 1/4-1/10 is favorable. When the thermoplastic resin film is too thick, the strength becomes weaker, and there is fear in the workability in machining, or that it may be broken in the handling in an actual usage, etc. Therefore, the surface roughness (Ra) of the satin finished surface or the embossed surface is preferable to be about 25μm or less, and about 2-10μm are best.
