PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable composition which can give highly filled lightweight cured product without deterioration of mechanical properties such as tensile strength by mixing a specified saturated hydrocarbon polymer with microballoons and a curing catalyst. SOLUTION: An unsaturation-terminated saturated hydrocarbon polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 500-40,000 is hydrosilylated with a hydrosilane compound represented by the formula (wherein R<1> and R<2> are each a 1-20C alkyl, a 1-20C aryl, a 7-20C aralkyl or a group R<3> 3 SiO-; R<3> is a 1-20C monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is hydroxyl or a hydrolyzable group; a is 0-3; is 0-2; a+Σb>=1; the values of b in the m-SiR<1> 2-b Xb groups are not necessarily the same; and m is 0-19) to obtain a saturated hydrocarbon polymer (A) having at least one reactive silicon group. 100 pts.wt. component A is mixed with 0.1-50 pts.wt. microballoons (B) having a diameter of 1mm or below and a true specific gravity of 1.0g/cm<3> or below and 0.1-20 pts.wt. curing catalyst (C) for component A.
