PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the generation of noise, such as squeak sound, rubbing sound and the like, even when rubbing is generated on the surface, to which parts are contacted, by a method wherein dry type fluorine-based lubricant is interposed between the surfaces, in which a part of resin and a part of metal come into contact to each other, metallic parts come into contact to each other, or the resin part and the metallic part come into contact to each other. SOLUTION: Before assembling resin made parts (inner panel 7 and back surface panel 8), dry type fluorine lubricant (lubricant having the principal constituent of tetrafluoro) (ethylene, for example) is applied on a surface 9, on which noise, such as squeak sound and the like are generated, by the contact of both panels 7, 8 and the like, through brush coating and, thereafter, the lubricant is dried for several minutes at a room temperature to form a dry film having the thickness of the degree of few μm. The dry film is not sticky and is adhered to the surface 9 and the like of the resin made parts (inner panel 7 and back surface panel 8). As a result, noise such as squeak sound, rubbing sound and the like are not generated for a long period of time or the place, whereat the dry type fluorine lubricant is applied, or the vicinity of the same is not contaminated due to dust and the like adhered to the places. |
