PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liposome, capable of selectively killing an HIV-infected cell, excellent in persistence of pharmacodynamic effects and sustained releasability and useful for treating AIDS, etc., by incorporating a human CD4 antigen into a bilayer. SOLUTION: This liposome comprises a human CD4 antigen incorporated into a bilayer and further preferably one or more cytotoxic substances selected from the group consisting of lysine, gelonin, abrin, a diphtheria toxins and a toxicologically active fragment thereof and more preferably further one or more therapeutic agents selected from the group consisting of azido-3'- deoxythymidine(AZT), AZT triphosphate, dideoxycytidine triphosphate and ribavirin. |
