PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rapid warming-up and rapid heating by a heat storage tank, and to excellently control the temperature of the cooling medium in various heat exchangers of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A flow control valve 7 is provided between a heat storage tank 6 and a heater core 8. An intake heat exchanger 12, and first and second oil heat exchangers 15,16 are provided on the downstream side of the heater core 8. Rapid warming-up and rapid heating can be switched with rapid heating by switching the opening of the flow control valve 7. Oil and the intake air can be heated or cooled according to the season by providing various heat exchangers 12, 15, 16 on the downstream side of the heater core 8. |
