PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent traffic accidents in a rainy weather by automatically raising wiper rubber more than a window glass surface and eliminating the damaging of the tip of the window glass so as to always provide good wiper water draining when the wiper is used in weather conditions other than rain. SOLUTION: Brackets 2 are provided in upper surface both sides of an attaching plate 1, hollow shafts 4 are fixed in the brackets 2 of both sides by bolts 5, a freely rotated elastic roller 6 is attached to the hollow shafts 4, suction cups or adhesive bases 13 are provided in both sides of the front of the lower surface of the attaching plate 1 and attached to a window glass 19 and, when a wiper is stopped, a wiper arm 7a is placed over the upper part of the elastic roller 6 and a wiper rubber 18 is raised by the window glass 19.
