PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute percutaneous angiorrhapy for homeostasis after arterial pricking accompanying percutaneous angiography and intra-vascular treatment. SOLUTION: (a) A sheath 1 is inserted into the blood vessel. (b) A thread capturing device 5 provided with many looped threads 6 at the front end of a rod is inserted into the intra-vascular cavity through this sheath 1. (c) Two pieces of fine hollow needles 2 are pricked into the intra-vascular cavity from both sides of the section where the sheath 1 is inserted into the blood vessel. (d) A suture 3 and a guide thread 4 are inserted into the blood vessel through the inside cavities of the hollow needles 2 and are passed in the loop of the thread capturing device. The device is constituted in the manner described above. |
