<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent radiative noise or reflection noise, eliminate a shield plate, reduce mounting man-hours and the cost, make a terminal to be compact and lightweight, and realize sufficient shielding effect in the inside and outside thereof. SOLUTION: A portable telephone 1 is comprised of an enclosure made of compound magnetic body which is formed of an organic binder and a soft magnetic powder, using a metallic magnetic powder with oxidized film on its surface, a key pad part 6, a display 7, a board mounted with a device 4 and a battery 8. The soft magnetic powder is oxidized through its vapor phase in a 20% nitrogen and oxygen mixing gas atmosphere by oxygen partial pressure, for example, so as to form an oxidized film on the surface thereof. An ABS resin is preferably used as an organic binder, and they are heated and mixed together, and they are pressurized and molded to obtain a molded body. The compound magnetic body 9 is divided into two layers, and a nickel mesh is inserted as a conductive layer 10 between them, thereby forming the enclosure 2 of multi-layer structure.</p> |
