<p>The stabilised supply has an input (1) connected to a hyper-resonant chopper circuit (3) associated with a primary winding (7) of a power transformer (8). The transformer secondary winding (8) is associated with a rectifier circuit, comprising electronic switching devices (20, 21) connected as a bridge. The rectifier is controlled (18) so the switches are alternately closed during inversion of current in the primary of the transformer and open during inversion of the voltage at the input to the chopper circuit. Regulation is provided on the output circuits by a feedback loop (31) connected to the control circuit (10) driving the chopper switching devices.</p> |
