PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable better connection of various environment improving devices to a decorative panel by providing a multifunctional cassette type air conditioning unit with the size of a chamber adjustable at a part where the environment improving devices such as air conditioners and all heat exchangers installed within a ceiling space are connected to the decorative panel installed on the ceiling surface to allow the adjusting of the chamber to match the sizes of the various environment improving devices regardless of any change in the size thereof. SOLUTION: An multifunctional cassette type air conditioning unit is built with a link structure of a pair of long frame materials 21 and 22 and three short frame materials 23, 24 and 26. The mounting positions of the short frame materials 23, 24 and 26 are made adjustable in the longitudinal direction of the pair of long frame materials 21 and 22. As a result, the size of chambers (spaces) 27 and 28 made up of the frame materials can be altered to match the sizes of air conditions 10 and all heat exchangers 11 arranged thereon. The installation of this adjusting mechanism enables the producing of a versatile multifunctional cassette type air conditioning unit. |
