<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defect of a glass substrate, and prevent the occurrence of strain or the like by deflection of the glass substrate by positionally regulating upper and lower and left and right parts of the glass substrate, and supporting it by being leaned against a holder. SOLUTION: When a glass plate 4 is taken out from the inside of a frame 1, a holder 2 is pulled out of the frame 1 in a condition where the glass plate 4 is placed. The glass plate 4 is positionally regulated on the vertical direction by pins 3a and 3b and the lateral direction by pins 3c and 3d, and the upper edge and the lower edge are locked on slipping-out preventive pieces 7, and do not slip out by falling off from the holder 2. A glass substrate 4 does not contact over the whole surface with the holder by a pin 3e fixed to the holder 2, and sticking of dust from the holder 2 is prevented, and removal from the holder 2 is facilitated. The holder 2 pulled out of the frame 1 is horizontally placed on a work stand or the like by putting the glass plate 4 above, and the slipping-out preventive pieces 7 are removed from the pins 3a and 3b, and the glass substrate 4 is taken out of the holder 2.</p> |
