A silver halide color photographic material is disclosed, which comprises a support having thereon at least one yellow coloring light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, at least one magenta coloring light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, and at least one cyan coloring light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, wherein at least one of said yellow coloring light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer contains at least one dye-forming coupler represented by formula (Y) and at least one non-coloring compound represented by formula (A) or (B): <IMAGE> (Y) <IMAGE> (A) <IMAGE> (B) with the substituents as defined herein the specification.
