<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fixing property of a toner, to give a positive charging characteristic excellent in durability and stability to a toner binder, to simultaneously be compatible with the inside of the toner binder in a transparent or hypochromic transparent state and to provide a clear color tone coloring toner in the case of making it a color toner. SOLUTION: Polystyrene resin is made a main toner binder, and a styrene resin copolymer with four grade ammonium salt as a functional group is added as a electrocharge control agent. In this case, the maximal peak weight average molecular weight of molecular weight distribution of the toner binder is within a range of 3,000-15,000, the maximal peak weight average molecular weight of molecular weight distribution of an electric charge control agent is within a range of 3,000-20,000, and the maximal peak of the molecular weight distribution of the electric charge control agent is larger than the maximal peak of the molecular weight distribution of the toner binder.</p> |
