PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a removing performance for removing charged grains from liquid, without increasing the scale of a device. SOLUTION: A liquid purifier for removing toner from cleaning liquid 33 including toner T being the charged grains is constituted so that the toner in the liquid 33 is electrostatically attracted to plural electrode plates 37 coming into contact with the liquid 33. A purifier is constituted of, for instance, a liquid container 38 for housing the liquid 33, the plural electrode plates 37 disposed to come into contact with the liquid 33 in the container 38, an electric field forming means for forming an electric field for electrostatically attracting the toner in the liquid 33 to the electrode plates 37, in the liquid 33 and a recovering means consisting of blades 54-58 for recovering the charged grains attracted to the electrode plates, etc. |
