According to the present invention a vulcanizable rubber composition comprising a conjugated diene rubber (A), an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber (B) and a styrene oligomer (C) is provided. The composition is capable of providing a vulcanized rubber which is excellent not only in weather resistance and heat aging characteristics but also in mechanical strength.
