PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly damp impact vibration without changing the function and the performance of a golf shaft by mounting a vibration absorption member, which compressedly stores a vibrator main part formed by covering a weight with an elastic body in a case detachably attached to a body to be fitted, at least on a grip of the golf shaft. SOLUTION: A vibration absorption member 7 compressedly storing a vibration main part, which is formed by covering a weight with an elastic body, in a case detachably attached to a body to be fitted by filling pressure of the elastic body is mounted on a grip 9 of a golf shaft 8. The vibration absorption member 7 is a case material and the case is mounted and fixed to, at least, the grip 9 of the golf shaft so as to attain the vibration absorption function, however, it should be careful that the vibration absorption member 7 itself is prevented from causing an external impact. A cavity in which the case is firmly fitted is provided in a part expected to damp the vibration in a structure and the case is preferably fixed in such a state as being prevented from vibrating in applying the vibration. |
