PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoelectric conversion performance which is equal to a conventional rectangular photoelectric conversion module, in an integrated- type photoelectric conversion module of an arbitrary polygon. SOLUTION: In this device, a semiconductor photoelectric conversion layer formed on a substrate is divided into a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells 1a-1f by a plurality of dividing lines D, and these multiple cells 1a-1f are electrically connected in series. In this case, the entire form of the semiconductor photoelectric conversion layer has a polygon, containing at least a triangular part, and the plurality of dividing lines D contain line segments which connect points, which divide a side of the triangle at regular intervals and a vertex facing that side. |
