PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive both reduction in hysteresis of an output containing a movable core and decrease in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The first movable core guide hole 2F and the first output rod supporting hole 1G are interconnected concentrically on the first guide cylindrical part 1D of a housing 1. The second movable core guide hole 2F, a connection hole 2G and the second output rod supporting hole 2H are interconnected concentrically on the second guide cylindrical part 2B of a core 2, and a hole 2J is perforated from a connection hole 2G on the outer circumference of a mounting cylindrical part 2C. An output rod 3 is supported by the first and the second output supporting holes 1G and 2H, and an output rod working chamber R1 and the second chamber R2 are connected by an interconnecting path 3C to be bored inside the output rod 3.
