PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the differences in the processing speed and the sound quality while increasing and decreasing the pitch in the voice processing device. SOLUTION: If a priority is given to the processing speed and the pitch is to be increased or if a priority is given to the tone quality and the pitch is to be decreased, an output voice selecting section 5 conducts a pitch conversion process first and then, selects the inputted voice from a speech speed converting section 4 obtained by a speech speed converting process and outputs them. Moreover, if a priority is given to the processing speed and the pitch is to be decreased or a priority is given to the tone quality and the pitch is to be increased, a speech speed converting process is conducted first and then, selects the inputted voice from a pitch converting section 2 obtained by a speech speed converting process and outputs them. |
