PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly for preparing frothed milk or hot milk which always satisfies the maximum quality requirements without degradation of hot milk quality, and bad effect to taste, color, and appearance of distributed milk. SOLUTION: This emulsification assembly is provided with a milk supply duct and at least a mixing device 12 which mixes steam and milk to change hot milk to cappuccino and a similar one. The mixing device 12 is provided with at least one steam inlet port, at least one milk inlet port, and one outlet port, a first opening end 32a of the milk supply duct is connected to at least one milk inlet port, a second opening end 32b of at least one milk supply duct is positioned lower than the maximum height point of at least one milk supply duct, and during use, the second opening end 32b of the milk supply duct is connected to a milk container in which milk is filled and milk is moved between them. |
