A lower-back therapy apparatus that alternately stretches and strengthens lower-back, leg, and abdominal muscles, the apparatus is constructed with a platform unit having a flat cushioned platform table hinged to a motor-actuated, pivoting platform that can be pivotally raised and lowered by a control switch operated by the user, providing the user with complete control of the range, frequency and duration of the articulation of the pivoting platform for a user-defined stretching-strengthening sequence.
