<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regularly provide a clear image without using a drum heater by laying a polishing cleaner and silica fine powder along a toner starting powder having shape coefficient SF1 (degree of roundness) and SF2 (degree of irregularities) of respective specified values. SOLUTION: A toner in which a polishing cleaner and silica powder are laid along toner starting powder having a shape coefficient SF1 (degree of roundness) of 300 or less and a SF2 (degree of irregularities) of 250 or less is used. Even when an amorphous silicon photoreceptor is used, the surface of the deteriorated photoreceptor can be properly polished and cleaned, and a stable image formation can be performed in a state having no drum heater. When the toner starting powder which is sphered to some degree is used, the polishing cleaner is uniformly dispersed onto the toner starting powder surface as shown in the drawing, and the separation from the toner starting powder in transfer process can be consequently facilitated.</p> |
