PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance resolution of an oscillation gyro by providing a circuit for reducing a leak voltage contained in a detection signal from an oscillation gyro thereby reducing leakage without requiring any troublesome manufacturing process. SOLUTION: An electrode 37 is connected through an amplifier circuit 39 with one input of a differential amplifier circuit 40 and a signal obtained at the electrode 37 is amplified through the circuit 39 and fed to the differential amplifier circuit 40. The signal is a sine wave which is in-phase with a driving signal (continuous square wave). On the other hand, a drive circuit 38 deliver the continuous square wave driving signal to an electrode 36 and the sine wave from the electrode 37 is amplified through the amplifier circuit 39. Amplification factor of the amplifier circuit 39 is set such that the sine wave component of detection signal can be canceled. According to the arrangement, output signal from the differential amplifier circuit 40 contains no sine wave component and a square wave where only an electrostatic leakage is left, i.e., an output where the electromechanical leakage on the driving side is reduced, can be obtained. |
