PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp operation conditions and failure occurrence in real time and to quickly cope with them by monitoring radio section transmission/ reception signals and informing an external device of the contents through a communication line by a radio base station by the request of the external device. SOLUTION: The monitoring start of the radio section transmission/reception signals is requested from the external device 108 to the radio base station 102. For that, a software inside the radio base station 102 analyzes reception signals transferred from a radio communication control part, performs a protocol conversion processing and informs the external device 108 of the contents through the communication channel. Similarly, also in the case that the radio base station 102 transmits and receives radio waves to/from a portable terminal 105, in the external device 108, the message kind and reception time, etc., of radio signals received from the radio base station 102 are outputted to a monitor screen and a printer and stored in a storage medium. Thus, the operation conditions and the failure occurrence inside the radio base station are recognized in real time in the radio base station and they are quickly coped with. |
