<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a highly sensitive light-receiving element for laser, while enhancing the production stability by arranging a laser element such that the light emitted therefrom impinges on the surface of the light-receiving element obliquely from above and applying a colored resin film onto the PIN light- receiving surface provided on the surface of the light-receiving element. SOLUTION: A laser element 1 is arranged, such that the light emitted therefrom impinges on the surface of a light-receiving element obliquely from above, and the laser element 1 is mounted directly on an insulation film 3 applied onto a light-receiving element 2. A PIN light-receiving surface 5 is provided on the surface of the light-receiving element 2 and coated with a colored resin film 6. According to the arrangement, the production stability can be enhanced, and a highly sensitive light receiving element for laser can be obtained. Furthermore, since the center of the optical axis of the laser element can be set in parallel with the light-receiving surface, assembling work and wiring are facilitated, resulting in a small and flat laser.</p> |
